A teacher at Anthem Preparatory Academy has been accused of sexually assaulting a former college classmate during a homecoming party in Kenosha, WI.
Patrick S. Lambdin, 24, of Phoenix is charged with two counts of second-degree sexual assault, and one count each of strangulation, intimidation of a victim and false imprisonment, according to a criminal complaint filed May 4, 2015 in the Wisconsin Circuit Court.
The accusations stem from an incident that allegedly took place in October 2014 between Lambdin and a 22-year-old woman during a homecoming party at a Carthage College fraternity house, where Lambdin is an alumnus.
According to the complaint, Lambdin escorted the woman to the garage, which was the designated smoking area for the house. The two were in the garage alone when Lambdin allegedly exposed himself, choked the woman and forced her to perform a sex act.
Anthem Prep parents were notified by email the Sunday evening before final-exam week that, effective immediately, Lambdin was no longer employed by Anthem Prep.
This was Lambdin’s first year at Anthem Prep where he taught science to middle school students and humane letters courses at the high school level. The previous year, Lambdin taught at Archway Classical Academy Glendale, also part of the Great Hearts network.
