Charles Lee Degrate, 66, was last seen Wednesday evening.
Phoenix Police are asking for help finding 66-year-old Charles Lee Degrate who was last seen Wednesday, June 17. Degrate is a black man with brown eyes and shaved head. He is 5-foot-9-inches tall and weighs 150 pounds.
Degrate has a history of becoming confused and easily disoriented, according to the police report. He is believed to have left his home near 67th avenue and West Lower Buckeye on foot.
