This 2-year old girl was found wandering in the street overnight.
A 2-year-old girl reportedly found wandering Anthem in the area of Morse Court and National Trail at 4:30 a.m. was reunited with her mother later this morning, according to MCSO Deputy Joaquin Enriquez.
MCSO deputies reportedly responded to a 9-1-1 call from someone who had seen the girl in the street alone. Deputies canvassed the area and a woman recognized the child from the daycare center where she works, and called the mother at about 7 a.m.

The girl is said to be in good condition. “CPS [Child Protective Services] will take custody of the child for the time being,” said Enriquez. MCSO will continue to investigate how the girl got into the street.
