Costco has been robo-calling purchasers of the tainted Townsend Farms Organic Anti-oxidant Blend Berry Mix warning them of the threat of hepatitis A contamination. The message also offers refunds for the product as well as reimbursement for vaccinations to customers who may have ingested the product within the past 10 days.
